Overview
ACRA is the current elevator model of Sigma for low to mid rise buildings, produced since 2018. It is the successor of Sigma Iris NV. In March 2024, ACRA 2.0 was released as a successor of this model.
The model is currently produced in Hangzhou, China, in the same factory as Otis Electric[1]
It's product slogan is "The New Pinnacle of Gearless".
Characteristics
- Because ACRA is produced by Otis Electric in Hangzhou, China, some features incorporated in the elevators are based on Chinese Otis elevators such as the iPhone-like arrival chime and fireman switches.
- The controller is assumed to be Otis ACD series.
- It is known to level quick, i.e. doors open as soon as the elevator stops.

Fixtures
All of these fixtures have no official names.
Standard fixtures
These are the same as the ones used in Sigma Iris NV elevators, with the standard round silver buttons that come with orange illuminations and LED dot matrix display for the floor indicators. The rounded rectangle buttons, however, have been discontinued.
There are also white illuminated rectangle buttons which come in two variants; a white button which lights up entirely, and a stainless steel button.
Different fixtures (2)
These are the same fixtures that were initially used in Sigma Solon Premium elevators, with blue illuminating Otis concave buttons, LCD floor indicators with segmented characters and lozenge shaped landing operating panels and floor indicators.
Different fixtures (3)
Available since 2018 when the Iris NV model was still sold, these fixtures consist of round stainless steel buttons with white or blue light and LCD floor indicators with white segmented characters. There is also a version with touch sensitive buttons on a tinted glass panel.
Different fixtures (4)
These fixtures are the same as the ones used by Otis in South Korea since the late 2010s[2][3]. Apart from LED displays, the car floor indicator also contains icons related with various features that are included in the elevator (if any), such as ultrasonic pest repellent, air purifier, Otis ReGen regenerative drive, etc. Orange LED displays are always paired with Sigma's silver round buttons, while white LED displays are always paired with Otis's BR27A concave buttons[4]. These fixtures appears to be introduced in the very early 2020s.

Notes and references
- ↑ This is because Sigma's Dalian factory in China has closed down i n the late 2010s due to poor sales in the Chinese market, and since Sigma doesn't have any more factories ever since the Changwon (South Korea) factory was sold to LG Electronics in 2013, production is now carried out in Otis Electric's Hangzhou factory.
