Louser (corporate name: PT. Louserindo Megah Permai), or better known by its trademark Louser Lift is an Indonesian elevator company.

Overview

It is a small and medium-sized domestic elevator manufacturer based in Kebayoran, Jakarta, Indonesia. The factory is located in Cipondoh, Tangerang, Banten. It was founded on 18 May 1987 by former Citas Engineering (Otis) elevator technicians. Since 1988, it is an active member of APPLE Indonesia, an association of elevator and escalator companies in Indonesia. Louser is also one of the oldest known domestic elevator companies in the Indonesian elevator market.

Apart from manufacturing and installing passenger, bed, freight and residential elevators, it also sells escalators and moving walks. It is not known from which company it supplied, but at one point Louser had installed few SJEC escalators and moving walks from China and branded them as "Louser-SJEC".

Its installations are mostly found in government and privately owned hospitals and often other buildings such as hotels, offices and private buildings.

Features

It mainly uses SICON series microprocessor controllers from South Korean manufacturer Samil Eltec, whom is a partner with Louser since 1991. Newer installations since the 2010s mainly use fixtures and buttons from Taiwanese company Hong Jiang while older installations from the 2000s use Jinlix fixtures, also from Taiwan.
