Overview

LEHY-III is a passenger traction elevator model of Shanghai Mitsubishi, currently produced since the early 2010s. Part of the LEHY series, it is basically an improvement as well as a successor of Shanghai Mitsubishi LEHY-II which was launched in the 2000s. It is aimed for low to high rise residential and commercial buildings with up to 48 floors. Compared to its predecessor, the maximum speed has been increased from 2.5 to 3 meters per second and the maximum travel distance has been increased from 120 to 150 meters. The design and fixtures have also been significantly changed.

Most of the Shanghai Mitsubishi elevators installed in Indonesia from the mid 2010s onward are of this model. It is usually seen in shopping centers and occasionally high rise apartments.

This is basically an extended version of the original model with bigger capacity range. The design remains the same except that the capacity range is between 1800 and 2500 kilograms.

LEHY-III B

This is the bed elevator version for hospitals, but it can also be used as a service elevator for buildings other than hospital.

LEHY-III-S

This is a version of LEHY-III aimed for high rise apartments up to 36 floors. Compared to the regular LEHY-III, the specifications and options are relatively limited.
